He asked the crowd, comprising of parents and students, to observe a one-minute silence in …

DSAI is a politician par excellent. He sures know how to captivate the audience. His gesture to observe one minute silence in honor of the late Sim Mow Yu and his hand at Chinese caligraphy wins the hearts and minds of the audience.

Malaysian should master the English Language.
We reach the sad state of affair that we need to teach Maths and Science in Malaysia not because to promote science and maths, but to better prepare students for the real world.
This is due to the declining standard of our educational system which not only effect English but also Bahasa Malaysia.
I compare English 1119 papers my sister took in 1980s with the one i took in 1994. It might as well written in another foreign language.

Rakyats Faith towards Barisan Najis has 100% diminished. Malaysia….where are you heading? BN should have a feasible stimulus economic plan to withstand the global economic meltdown. Why wasting PR MPs and Aduns in this darkest hour. BN prove yourself or step aside!!!!!!!

I agree with Anuar’s call on unity, but I do disagree on abolishing the teaching of Science and Mathematics in English. Science and Mathematics had progress a lot with English. I really think Malaysians should train themselves to master English. Bahasa Malaysia is important for Malaysian identity, not Science and Mathematics, so BM can be used for subjects other than Science and Mathematics. As long as rakyat progress, it’s fair and reasonable.

Dear Malaysians,
Did you know? Selangor records highest investments in 9 years. Selangor attracted RM11.87 billion in investments last year, bettering figures from the past eight years despite the financial crisis that began late last year.
This ranks us as number two among states in Malaysia, senior state executive council member Teresa Kok told reporters today. (Sarawak is the leading state in terms of foreign investments, pulling in about RM15.17 billion.)
Good job, Pakatan Rakyat!
