Planned Parenthood is a place to get cheaper medical help for your reproductive health. They essentially do everything that an OB/GYN would do. They support the idea of planning pregnancies so they offer a lot of contraceptive support. As for the abortion thing, any OB/GYN could also perform a procedure or reference a person to someone who could. I am not even sure if abortions are performed at their offices.

try googling Planned Parenthood. (They provide reproductive health education and services, primarily to low income populations who can’t afford, or lack access to other sources for these services.)
